Error Resolution In Case of Errors or Questions About Your Prepaid Card Account, telephone us at 0-000-000-0000 or write us at 0000 X. Problem Resolution The parties shall meet and attempt to resolve all disputes and differences that may arise between the parties hereto concerning construction, interpretation, performance, operations, or breach of the matters referred to in this Agreement prior to seeking any legal remedy.

Informal Resolution To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy or claim related to this Agreement ("Dispute"), you and Company agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one person to the other.
Impasse Resolution Upon the expiration of this Agreement, the remedies for the resolution of any bargaining impasse shall be in accordance with the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act, as amended.
