Issue Resolution definition

Issue Resolution means the resolution passed under clause 2 of this schedule.

Issue Resolution means the resolution specified in paragraph 3.

Examples of Issue Resolution in a sentence

• Redemption Date means, in relation to a Redeemable Preference Share, the date specified in the Issue Resolution for the redemption of that Preference Share.

• Issue Resolution means the resolution specified in clause 4 of this schedule.

• Dividend Rate means, in relation to a Preference Share, the term specified in the Issue Resolution for the calculation of the amount of dividend to be paid in respect of that Preference Share on any Dividend Date, which calculation may be wholly or partly established by reference to an algebraic formula.

• In this schedule, unless the context otherwise requires: Dividend Date means, in relation to a Preference Share, a date specified in the Issue Resolution on which a dividend in respect of that Preference Share is payable.

• Preference Share means a preference share issued under clause 2.6. Redeemable Preference Share means a Preference Share which the Issue Resolution specified as being, or being at the option of the Company to be, liable to be redeemed.

Issue Resolution means one of the following:
