Quotation and Agreement. 4.1 Prior to commencing any Service, CAM will provide in writing a Quotation for any requested Service and/or Parts.
4.2 A Quotation must be accepted by the Customer in writing within the time stated in such Quotation.
4.3 If the Customer accepts any Quotation after the expiry of any Quotation CAM may in its discretion accept the completed Quotation acceptance or offer a new Quotation to the Customer.
4.4 CAM reserves the right, at CAM’s sole discretion to withdraw or amend the Quotation at any time prior to the Customer accepting the Quotation.
4.5 An agreement is formed when the Customer accepts the Quotation pursuant to clause 4.1, and consists of, the Quotation and these terms and conditions (“Agreement”).
Quotation and Agreement. 2.1 Any Quotation will be in writing and must be accepted by the Customer within the time stated in such Quotation but if not so stated, then 1 month from the date of Quotation, by completing and returning the appropriate authorisation to Jet Aviation. Jet Aviation may in its discretion accept the completed Quotation notwithstanding that it was accepted by the Customer more than 1 month from the date of the Quotation.
2.2 Jet Aviation reserves the right, at Jet Aviation’s sole discretion to withdraw or amend the Quotation at any time prior to the Customer accepting the Quotation.
2.3 An agreement is formed when the Customer accepts the Quotation pursuant to clause 2.1, and consists of, the Quotation and these terms and conditions (Agreement).
Quotation and Agreement. 3.1. Quotations, offers or statements of work made by Service provider in whatever form, are not binding upon Service provider and merely constitute an invitation to the Client to place an order. All quotations issued by Service provider are revocable and subject to change without notice. Orders are not binding until accepted by Service provider in writing. Service provider shall be entitled to refuse an order without indication of its reasons.
3.2. An Agreement shall come into effect upon the written acceptance by an authorized representative of Service provider of (i) a Client’s written acceptation of a quotation provided by Service provider or (ii) an order by a Client.
3.3. If, and insofar as an Agreement has not yet been concluded in accordance with Section 3.2, the Agreement will be considered as concluded under these Terms and Conditions as soon as Service provider starts rendering Services to the Client at its express written or oral request.
Quotation and Agreement. 1.1. All Quotations issued by Xxxx Xxxxx Funerals for the supply of Funeral Services and Products will remain open for acceptance for the period stated in the Quotation or, if none is stated, for fourteen (14) days. In all other cases, prices payable are those currently in effect in Xxxx Xxxxx Funerals then current pricelist.
1.2. Your purchase of Xxxx Xxxxx Funerals Services and Products in response to the Quotation is governed by the terms of any order confirmation we may send you in response to receiving your order or signed Quotation, (“Order Confirmation”), these Terms and any additional terms referenced in the Quotation (together, the "Agreement"). Any other terms and conditions submitted by you on any purchase order are hereby expressly excluded. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Quotation and these Terms, the terms of the Quotation will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
1.3. Xxxx Xxxxx Funerals endeavours to provide fair and accurate information in relation to all costs associated with delivering the funeral service and products. Items that are supplied to you, at your request, as part of the funeral service that are not included, or costed as part of this quotation, will be added to the final invoice at prices payable to those currently in effect in Xxxx Xxxxx Funerals, or its subcontractor(s) then current pricelist.
Quotation and Agreement. 1.1 The quotation is binding on the Supplier for fourteen (14) days from the quotation date.
1.2 An agreement is concluded when the Ordering Entity’s acceptance has been received by the Supplier.
1.3 In instances where the Ordering Entity has not specified explicit acceptance, the agreement is concluded once the Supplier has issued confirmation of an order received.
1.4 The quotation is contingent on the following prerequisites: that the materials and processes can be mechanically processed as presumed in the quotation; that the Ordering Entity does not demand that the work be performed as part deliveries rather than one combined delivery, as specified in the quotation; that the material submitted by the Ordering Entity corresponds to the quotation submitted by the Supplier.

1.2. Your purchase of Wollongong City Funerals Services and Products in response to the Quotation is governed by the terms of any order confirmation we may send you in response to receiving your order or signed Quotation, (“Order Confirmation”), these Terms and any additional terms referenced in the Quotation (together, the "Agreement"). 1.2. An agreement has been made, once orderer’s accep- tance has been received by the supplier.
1.3. In cases where orderer does not give his explicit acceptance an agreement has been made when the supplier has made a confirmation of an order recei- ved.
1.4. The quotation is contingent on the following: — Material and processes can be adapted mechani- cally, as stated in the quotation. — Xxxxxxx will not demand the work done as partial orders instead of one total delivery, as stated in the quotation. — Material submitted by the orderer corresponds to the quotation made by the supplier.

2.2 HP reserves the right, at HP’s sole discretion to withdraw or amend the Quotation at any time prior to the Customer accepting the Quotation.
2.3 An agreement is formed when the Customer accepts the Quotation pursuant to clause 2.1, and consists of, the Quotation and these terms and conditions (Agreement).
Quotation and Agreement. 3.1 Prior to concluding an Agreement, React4life will send Counterparty a Quotation. The Quotation is only binding on React4life if it is confirmed on behalf of React4life by a person who is officially authorized to represent React4life under reference to the Quotation and the Quotation number, and accepted within its period of validity as specified in the Quotation. If no term has been included in the Quotation, the Quotation is valid for one month after it has been issued by React4life.
3.2 The Agreement is fully effective when the Counterparty accepts the quotation, and React4life emits an order confirmation.
3.3 React4life’s obligations pursuant to the Agreement shall be obligations to achieve to perform to the best of one’s ability, except where the wording or the context specifically provides otherwise.
Quotation and Agreement. 1.1 W3S Digital is part of Digital Development Group B.V., hereinafter referred to as ‘W3S Digital’.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, legal relationships and agreements by which W3S Digital supplies goods and/or services of any kind to the Client. Deviations from and additions to these Terms and Conditions are only valid if this have been agreed upon in writing.
1.3 All quotations and other expressions of W3S Digital are free of engagement unless indicated otherwise in writing by W3S Digital. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the requirements, specifications of the performance and other data specified by them to W3S Digital, on which W3S Digital its bases its Quotation.
1.4 Applicability of purchasing- or other conditions of the Client is expressly rejected.
1.5 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is null and void or annulled, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
