Quotations Not Binding. Quotations as to fees, rates of duty, freight charges, insurance premiums or other charges given by the Company to the Customer are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice and subject to the Company’s Rate Quote Disclaimer. No quotation shall be binding upon the Company unless 1) the Company in writing agrees to undertake the handling or transportation of the shipment at a specific rate or amount set forth in the quotation, and 2) payment arrangement is guaranteed and agreed to by the Customer. Any reasonable signal of acceptance of the quotation (oral, written or otherwise) that leads to an engagement for services shall subject the Customer to these Terms and Conditions of Service.

Quotations Not Binding. Except as set forth in a written agreement between the Customer and eShipping, quotations as to fees, rates of duty, freight charges, insurance premiums or other charges provided by eShipping to Customer are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. No quotation shall be binding on eShipping unless eShipping agrees in writing to undertake the handling and transportation of the Shipment at a specific rate accepted by Customer within five (5) business days from the date of the quote, unless otherwise noted by eShipping. Customer understands that quotations are provided to Customer in reliance on the information furnished to eShipping at the time the quotation is provided, and are subject to change based on actual weights, commodity, contents, mode of transportation, dimensions, and volumes tendered by the Customer, as well as due to unforeseen or unanticipated costs, occurrences or events which are beyond the control of eShipping. Rates are not valid for any residential, inside, or show delivery. If such service is requested, additional charges will apply.

Quotations Not Binding. Quotations as to fees, packing rates, freight charges, storage fees, insurance premiums or other charges given by the Company to the Customer are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice; no quotation shall be binding upon the Company unless the Company in writing agrees to undertake the handling or transportation of the shipment at a specific rate or amount set forth in the quotation and payment arrangements are agreed to between the Company and the Customer. All quotes are subject to verification of information provided by the Customer and inspection of the Goods upon receipt by the Company. Customer acknowledges and agrees that rates and charges set forth in the Quote are estimates only based on information and specification regarding the Goods which are provided by Customer; charges will vary in the event of any inaccuracy with respect to such information and specifications. Upon inspection an evaluation of the packing requirements in order to protect the Goods may result in additional charges not provided for in the original quote.

All quotations are subject to change or cancellation by GAC at any time if GAC discovers that the shipment violates any court order, contractual obligations, government agency regulations, or law.

Quotations Not Binding. Quotations as to fees, rates-of duty, freight charges, insurance premiums or other charges given by Forwarder to Shipper are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice and shall not under any circumstances be binding upon Forwarder unless Forwarder in writing specifically undertakes any such Services at a specified rate. Shipper understands and agrees (a) that Forwarder may be relying upon the rates of service providers in offering such rates, (b) that such rates may be subject to space availability, price fluctuations, or unforeseen circumstances, and (c) that such service providers may not honor quoted rates or that agreed upon rates may not be otherwise honored due to circumstances beyond the control of Forwarder. As such, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby agrees that Forwarder shall not be liable for any changes in quoted fees, rates, charges or other prices for Services.

No quotation shall be binding upon GEODIS unless GEODIS in writing agrees to undertake the Services at a specific rate or amount set forth in the quotation and payment arrangements are agreed to between GEODIS and the Customer.

Quotations Not Binding. Quotations as to brokerage fees, rates of duty, freight charges, bond fees, storage fees, insurance premiums or other charges to the extent given to Customer by KlearNow are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice; no quotation shall be binding upon KlearNow unless KlearNow specifically agrees in writing that such quotation is binding and to undertake the handling or transportation of the shipment at a specific rate or amount.
