Radioactive contamination. Sustained while "occupying" any vehicle lo- cated inside a facility designed for racing, for the purpose of:
Radioactive contamination. All whether controlled or uncontrolled or however caused; or
Radioactive contamination. Consequential losses of any kind, be they by way of loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of gain, business interruption, market loss or otherwise, or any claims arising out of loss of a pure financial nature such as loss of goodwill or any legal liability of any kind whatsoever.
Radioactive contamination clean-up costs, loss or defence costs of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from:
a) ionising radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel;
b) the radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof.
Radioactive contamination. This Policy does not cover liability directly or indirectly caused by, or contributed to, or arising from:
i. ionising radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion or fission of nuclear fuel; or
Radioactive contamination. This provision excludes, concerning liability arising outside the U.S.A., its territories or possessions, Puerto Rico, or the Canal Zone, any liability of any nature directly or indirectly caused by, contributed to, or arising from ionizing radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel.
Radioactive contamination of whatsoever nature directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from:
a) ionising radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel;
b) the radioactive toxic explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof.
Radioactive contamination. A. The limit of liability shown in the Declarations for this coverage is our maximum limit of liability for each person injured in any one accident. This is the most we pay regardless of the number of:
1. Covered persons;
2. Claims made;
3. Vehicles or premiums shown in the Declarations; or
4. Vehicles involved in the accident.
B. Any amounts otherwise payable for expenses under this coverage shall be reduced by any amounts paid or payable for the same expenses under any Auto Liability or Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists Coverage provided by this policy.
Radioactive contamination. Sustained while “occupying” any vehicle while participating or competing in, or practicing or preparing for, any prearranged or organized:
Radioactive contamination. The discharge of a nuclear device.
