Radioactivity. This policy does not cover any Total Loss that is the direct or indirect consequence of: Irradiation, or contamination by nuclear material; or The radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous or contaminating properties of any radioactive matter; or Any device or weapon which employs atomic or nuclear fission or fusion or other comparable reaction or radioactive force or matter.
Radioactivity. We do not cover any losses directly or indirectly caused by, contributed to, or arising from: ionising radiations, radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous or contaminating properties. the effects of any explosive nuclear assembly or component, nuclear fuel, combustion or waste or any weapon of war employing atomic or nuclear fission or other like reaction or radioactive force or matter.
Radioactivity. Any loss or damage to property, legal liability, expense, consequential loss or Bodily Injury or directly or indirectly caused by or arising from or contributed to by, resulting from or in connection with:
a. Ionising radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel including any self-sustaining process of nuclear fission;
b. The radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component of it;
c. Nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactive contamination regardless of any other cause contributing concurrently or in any other sequence to the loss.
d. Nuclear weapons material.
Radioactivity. Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to handle compound other than gloves, lab coat and safety glasses.
Radioactivity. Wastes shall comply with the standards specified in the Health (Radiation Safety) Regulations 1995 made pursuant to the provisions of the Health Xxx 0000.
Radioactivity explosiveness or other hazardous characteristics of nuclear fuels (including used fuels; hereinafter the same shall apply) or materials polluted by nuclear fuels (including a fission product), or any accident caused by these characteristics that keep the Principal from performing any of his/her obligations.

Note this may result in no Sum Insured being paid. The Administrator reserves the right to subject Your Vehicle to independent inspection. If You accept a Motor Insurance Settlement from the Motor Insurance Policy before contacting the Administrator, We reserve We will not cover any Total Loss that is caused by riot or civil commotion if the loss or damage to Your Vehicle happens outside United Kingdom.
Radioactivity. Notwithstanding any other provisions of the Frame Contract, Client will defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Provider Group from and against all claims, losses, liability, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with radioactive materials associated with the Provider Group’s performance of the Frame Contract including any pollution, containment, retrieval, abandonment and clean up. Client shall bear the sole risk, cost and responsibility for any radioactive material, source, or tool lodged in a well or otherwise damaged or lost and shall use its best endeavours to recover the material, source or tool. Client shall comply with all laws, rules and regulations of any authority having jurisdiction over radioactive sources/materials and keep Provider full advised of recovery and/or abandonment efforts.
Radioactivity. The seller declares and guarantees that the goods are not radioactive. If radioactivity is found upon delivery, regardless of the decision of Metallo to send the goods back to the seller or not, the seller shall compensate all costs at the first request by Metallo, without any exceptions, that Metallo has reasonably incurred to detect the radioactivity and to prevent and/or limit the damage - of any nature whatsoever - that has been suffered by the goods, the environment and people due to the detected radioactivity.
