Flow Monitoring. 1) Within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date of the Agreement, [INSERT ENTITY NAME] shall develop a detailed flow monitoring work plan certified by a registered Tennessee/Georgia engineer (“Flow Monitoring Work Plan”) and submit to Chattanooga for review and approval. The Flow Monitoring Work Plan shall divide [INSERT ENTITY NAME]’s WCTS into sewersheds or sub-basins of reasonably equal size (i.e., 20,000 linear feet) and shall be reasonably selected to achieve the intended purpose of allocating I/I contributed by [INSERT ENTITY NAME] and which will allow for an appropriate analysis of the performance of individual sewersheds or sub-basins. The Flow Monitoring Work Plan shall include: i) provisions for monitoring both dry weather and wet weather conditions; ii) an expeditious schedule for completing the flow monitoring; iii) detailed specifications for proper operations and maintenance of the flow monitors to ensure data quality; and iv) standards for conducting the data analysis and reporting to Chattanooga. The Flow Monitoring Work Plan shall specify that the flow monitors and rain gauges will remain in operation until a minimum of three (3) one-inch (1”) or greater rain events occur.
Flow Monitoring. 1.1 The actual Trade Waste volume shall be obtained from a flow meter specifically installed for the purpose of obtaining the flow variances from the Occupier’s Trade Waste discharge to the Corporation’s System. This meter shall be maintained and calibrated regularity at the expense of the Occupier.
Flow Monitoring. Xxxxxx Xxxx will coordinate with US3 for the flow monitoring, wet well level monitoring, and video surveys required by the RFP. Since this data is critical to confirming the lift station design parameters, Xxxxx Xxxxxxx will be involved as required and will utilize the data, once completed, to evaluate sewer line capacity and lift station requirements.
Flow Monitoring. 1.01 Project Administration
Flow Monitoring. All measuring stations post same-day information on the Internet. Discuss each measuring device and its accuracy. Discuss Website, Daily Aqueduct Report, and procedures and sources of error or down-time in detail. Discuss plans for upgrades or changes. Daily average data is included in annual reporting; discuss other sources of data (AS400) and the types of data and period of record. Discuss availability of different data sources.
Flow Monitoring. Continuous flow monitoring will be performed to obtain information necessary to accurately analyze sub- areas for infiltration during high groundwater periods and for rainfall related inflow during wet weather periods Flow monitoring will be accomplished through continuous monitoring flow meters incorporating a velocity sensor combined with a depth sensor. Up to seven (7) flow meters will be installed at various locations throughout the sanitary sewer collection system in the study area for a maximum 10-week period to record flow rates during wet and dry periods. Flow metering data will be downloaded daily. The flow meters will be field checked weekly to confirm meter accuracy, remove debris that has accumulated around any meters, and repair or replace meters as necessary. In addition, one (1) recording tipping bucket rainfall gauge will be installed for the monitoring period to record rainfall data. The rainfall gauge will be installed in a central location within the study area and record rainfall data in 15-minute increments to allow for the correlation of the rainfall data with metered flow rates. Up to four (4) groundwater-monitoring locations will be installed and tracked as part of this Scope of work. They will be located throughout the study area at locations where xxxxx can be installed (i.e. City-owned property). Groundwater gauges will be small diameter (less than 4-inch) well points. Groundwater levels will be taken from the gauges weekly throughout the project.

Flow Monitoring. Once all monitors are installed and verified to be in working order, the Engineer shall monitor the flows for a minimum period of 45 calendar days. The Engineer shall submit the data in excel or csv format for all the locations after one week & City will check the adequacy of the data and will notify ADS of any problems. The start date of the flow monitoring period does not begin until all specified meters have been installed and are operational and the certified site reports have been received by the city and first week data is reviewed by the City. The monitoring periods may be extended based on mutual consent and written approval of additional work and price for such additional work.
