Ramification of a Positive Test. An employee who tests positive for drugs and/or alcohol as set forth above will be offered an opportunity to sign a last chance agreement or be immediately discharged from employment. When a positive drug test may be result of the use of prescribed drug, the employee will be required to submit proof of the prescription within forty-eight (48) hours of the test, together with a written statement from his or her physician approving the use of the drug during working hours.
