Rate Elements - All Collocation. Qwest will recover Collocation costs through both recurring and nonrecurring charges. The charges are determined by the scope of work to be performed based on the information provided by CLEC on the Collocation Order Form. A quote is then developed by Qwest for the work to be performed.
