Rate of Earning Vacation Credits. All employees covered by the terms of this Agreement, except part-time and seasonal employees shall earn vacation credits as based on longevity credits as indicated below. No employee shall be permitted to take vacation until after six (6) months of employment. All employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be entitled to 80.0 hours of vacation after completion of thirteen (13) longevity credits. All employees covered by this Agreement shall receive one-half longevity credit for each biweekly pay period in which that employee is compensated for more than forty (40) hours of regular time and overtime combined.
