Rate of Pay on Return to Agency Service by Reemployment. When a former employee returns to the Agency within two (2) years, by reemployment, to a position in the same classification or successor classification in which he or she was previously employed, the employee shall be paid at the same salary range or successor salary range and step at which the employee was being paid at the time of separation.
