Common use of Rate Structure Clause in Contracts

Rate Structure. County, through its Board of Supervisors, and after joint discussions and agreement between County and Contractor shall have right to change the relationship of individual rates in comparison with other rates and to allocate total costs among service sectors and lines of business.
