Basic Rules A. If an employee does not present a grievance/appeal or does not appeal the decision rendered regarding his or her grievance/appeal within the time limits, the grievance/appeal shall be considered resolved.
RULES & REGULATIONS Xxxxxx agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of Landlord (and, if applicable, owner’s Association) that are at any time posted on the Premises or delivered to Tenant. Tenant shall not, and shall ensure that guests and licensees of Tenant do not, disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other tenants of the building or neighbors, or use the Premises for any unlawful purposes, including, but not limited to, using, manufacturing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs or other contraband, or violate any law or ordinance, or committing a waste or nuisance on or about the Premises.
Additional Rules An Excess Amount or suspense account described in Part 2 of Article III does not share in the allocation of net income, gain or loss described in this Section 9.11. If the Employer maintains its Plan under a Code Section 401(k) Adoption Agreement, the Employer may specify in its Adoption Agreement alternate valuation provisions authorized by that Adoption Agreement. This Section 9.11 applies solely to the allocation of net income, gain or loss of the Trust. The Advisory Committee will allocate the Employer contributions and Participant forfeitures, if any, in accordance with Article III.
