Rates, Prices and telecommunications fees and surcharges. (a) The Rates for the Services as set forth in Exhibit C to the CTSA are the Rates To DIR, with the exception of the Prices for direct sales transactions – Local Services and/or SOHO Internet connectivity Services – for which Vendor shall directly xxxx the Customers at the Prices as set forth in Exhibit C. For all other Services in use, Ven- dors shall present a Monthly Consolidated Invoice to DIR based on the Rates To DIR. In its role as billing agent for Vendor, DIR shall xxxx to Authorized End Users and Customers the Rates To DIR, plus an additional percentage as DIR’s Cost Recovery Fee (CRF), as authorized by Chapter 2170, Texas Government Code. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that DIR shall retain its CRF from the amounts it collects from Authorized End Users and Customers, prior to paying the net amount to Ven- dor.
