Common use of Ratification Bonus Clause in Contracts

Ratification Bonus. Each regular full-time employee on the payroll as of the date of ratification will receive a single $1,000 lump sum contract ratification bonus. Each part-time employee on the payroll as of the day of ratification will receive a prorated ratification bonus based on their part-time classification (or “part-time equivalent work week”) on the ratification date.
