Common use of Re-Xxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Re-Xxxxxxx. Exclusive of the Premises, Landlord shall have the exclusive right to make any replacement of electric light bulbs, fluorescent tubes and ballasts in the Building Complex throughout the Lease Term and any renewal thereof. Landlord may adopt a system of relamping and reballasting periodically on a group basis in accordance with good management practice.

Re-Xxxxxxx. Exclusive of the Premises, Landlord shall have the exclusive right and obligation to make any replacement of electric light bulbs, fluorescent tubes and ballasts in the Building Complex throughout the Lease Term and any renewal thereofof this Lease. Landlord may adopt a system of relamping and reballasting periodically on a group basis in accordance with good management practice. ARTICLE 10.
