Real Time Data Access Sample Clauses

The Real Time Data Access clause establishes the right for one party to access certain data as it is generated or updated, without significant delay. In practice, this means that the party can view or retrieve up-to-date information—such as transaction records, system logs, or sensor outputs—through a designated interface or platform. This clause ensures that parties have immediate visibility into relevant data, which supports timely decision-making and operational transparency.
