Real Time Data Access. The Operator agrees that it shall provide for real time data monitoring and provide the Authority access to the raw feed of the monitoring system pertaining to the performance of the Operator under this Contract as generated by ITS. The Operator shall install the data monitoring system as provided in Schedule-Q hereto. The Operator agrees that failure to provide access to the monitoring the daily raw feed and the on board device data, then it shall be deemed to be an Operator Event of Default.

Real Time Data Access. The Operator shall ensure that the Bus deployed has real time data monitoring device in accordance with the Standards and Specifications in Schedule- P (“Intelligent Transit System”, “ITS”) complete with onboard devices on Buses which enable the Authority to monitor the real-time location and status of the Buses. The Operator shall provide the Authority access to the raw feed of the ITS. The Operator shall install the ITS to provide the data as per the data standards and communication protocols specified in Schedule - P. The Operator shall ensure integration of the data feed from ITS devices to the Centralized ITMS Platform. The Operator agrees that a failure to comply with its obligations under this Clause 19.7 shall be deemed to be an Operator Default.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.
