Recall List Notification. The employee's names shall remain on the recall list for two (2) years. Employees must report every six (6) months to request keeping their name on the list after the two-year period. When reinstated from lay-off, such employee shall retain all previous accumulated seniority. The notice of reinstatement shall be made by certified mail.
