Recharging. In any of the situations described above (1-4), when a caller "recharges" a card resulting in additional revenue to a Licensee, then the royalty is computed and paid by the Licensee based on Recharge Sales Revenue (as opposed to revenues received for services provided in the recharge operation) as receipts.
