Recipient Contributions. The Recipient must pay any and all costs connected with the Project including, without limitation, any and all Project Costs. If the Project Funds are not sufficient to pay the Project Costs in full, the Recipient must nonetheless complete the Project and pay that portion of the Project Costs in excess of available Project Funds, and shall not be entitled to any reimbursement therefor from the State Water Board.
Recipient Contributions.
(a) The Recipient is responsible for securing and providing all money necessary to complete the Activity, other than the funding payable by ARENA under this Agreement.
(b) Without limitation, the Recipient must use the Recipient Contributions for the Activity in accordance with the timeframe in item 4 of Schedule 4.
Recipient Contributions. (a) The loan component of this Agreement is forgiven. The estimated amount of principal that will be due to the State Water Board from the Recipient under this Agreement is Zero dollars and no cents ($0.00).

(c) If the Recipient recovers funds from any responsible parties, the Recipient shall immediately notify the Division. The amount of this Agreement may be reduced to reflect the recovered funds.

Recipient Contributions. It is a condition precedent to the payment of the Funds under this Agreement that the Recipient must provide the Recipient’s Contributions (as specified in Item C of the Schedule). The Recipient must ensure that the terms on which any other funding or contributions are provided to the Recipient for, or in connection with, the Project are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and do not in any way limit or affect the Recipient's ability to comply strictly with its obligations, or DNP’s ability to exercise its rights, under this Agreement. The Recipient must promptly notify DNP if the total value of the Recipient's Contributions reduces, or if such a reduction is anticipated.

6.1.1. The Recipient agrees to provide the Recipient Contributions for the Activity. The Recipient Contributions must not include any amount that has been provided to the Recipient by a Commonwealth, State, Territory or local government.
6.1.2. If the Recipient does not provide the Recipient Contributions or provide them in time to enable completion of the Activity, then the Department may:
a. suspend payment of the Funding or an instalment of the Funding (as the case may be) until the Recipient Contributions are provided; or
b. terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 17.2 [Termination for Fault].
