Common use of Recipient’s Insurance Clause in Contracts

Recipient’s Insurance. The Recipient represents and warrants that it has, and will maintain for each Project being funded under this Agreement for a period of ninety (90) days after the Recipient has submitted a Project Information Form attesting that the Project is complete , at its own cost and expense, with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent, all necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person carrying out a project similar to the Project would maintain, including commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence basis for third party bodily injury, personal injury and property damage, to an inclusive limit of not less than the amount set out under section C1.5 of Schedule “C” of this Agreement per occurrence. The policy will include the following: (a) The Indemnified Parties as additional insureds with respect to liability arising in the course or performance of the Recipient’s obligations under, or otherwise in connection with, the Project or under this Agreement; (b) A cross-liability clause; (c) Contractual liability coverage; (d) Products and completed operations liability coverage;
