Reclamation Administrative and General Expenses. Beginning January 1, 2018,‌ Reclamation A&G Expenses will include administrative and general expenses directly chargeable to FERC Accounts 920, 921, 923, 926, 930.2, 931 and 935, will include payroll loads for administrative and general expenses, payroll taxes, injuries and damages and pension and benefits, and will be added to the monthly xxxxxxxx in proportion to the dollars of direct labor billed. The Reclamation Trust Funds Operating Agent will prepare, for the approval of the Reclamation Oversight Committee, operating procedures for the accounting of Reclamation A&G Expenses in its performance of the Reclamation Work and will recommend updates thereof no fewer than every three (3) years. An annual true-up of Reclamation A&G Expenses will be made each year once such expenses have been recorded.

The agreements in this Section shall survive the payment of the Loans and all other amounts payable hereunder or under the other Loan Documents and the termination of this Agreement. If the Borrower shall reimburse the Administrative Agent for any indemnifiable amount set forth in Section 12.8(i), (ii) or (ii) following payment by any Lender to the Administrative Agent in respect of any such indemnifiable amount pursuant to this Section, the Administrative Agent shall share such reimbursement on a ratable basis with each Lender making any such payment.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • FUNERAL EXPENSES The City shall expend a sum not to exceed $30,000 for funeral expenses to the heirs of any employee covered by this MOU who dies while on active duty from injuries incurred while performing his/her job or who dies as a direct cause of such injuries. This amount includes the amount already available for this purpose in accordance with California State Labor Code Section 4701.
