Administrative and General Expenses means those Generating Resource Expenses chargeable to Accounts 920 through 935 as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts. Depreciation means Generating Resource Expenses properly chargeable to Accounts 403, 404, 405 and 406 as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts. Generating Resources shall means those generating assets owned and operated by Seller from which Seller provides capacity and energy to Buyer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Parties understand and agree that Seller shall have charges that are directly attributable to such Generating Resources and other Charges that are necessary to support the ownership, maintenance and operation of such Generating Resources but cannot be directly or specifically assigned to such Generating Resources (hereinafter “Non-Direct Charges”) (e.g., administrative and general expenses) and are therefore, for purposes of this Agreement, also considered Generating Resource Expenses.
Administrative and General Expenses means costs and expenses that ----------------------------------- would constitute administrative and general costs and expenses under the Uniform System of Accounts, including, without limitation, (a) cash overages and shortages at the Hotel, (b) commissions paid to credit card companies, (c) credit and collection costs, (d) the cost of data processing services, other than rental of equipment, (e) the cost of dues and subscriptions for the Hotel and staff, (f) the cost of recruiting, relocating and training employees, (g) the cost of internal audits conducted by Tenant or its Affiliates and with respect to which the reasonable cost incurred by Tenant or its Affiliates is billed by Tenant or its Affiliates, (h) the cost of internal communication systems such as pagers, copiers and phones, (i) the payments made for guest property lost or damaged in excess of the amounts recovered from insurance, (j) the cost of operating supplies such as printed forms, manuals, postage, facsimiles and telegrams, (k) the cost of professional fees such as those of attorneys and accountants, (l) a charge adequate to provide for the probable loss in collection of accounts, (m) the cost of contract security, (n) the cost of transportation other than that directly related to guests, (o) the cost of travel expenses and entertainment expenses of employees of Tenant traveling on or otherwise pertaining to business for the Hotel, (p) the cost of employee uniforms, and (q) the cost of employee relations and incentives. More Definitions of Administrative and General Expenses

Administrative and General Expenses means the costs incurred within Operator’s General Division related to the management and administration of all of its operations including but not limited to accounting, budgeting, cash management, human resources, auditing, information technology, records management, procurement, and governing board matters.
Administrative and General Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in the definition ofOperating Expenses” below.
Administrative and General Expenses means those Generating Resource Expenses chargeable to Accounts 920 through 935 as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts. Depreciation means Generating Resource Expenses properly chargeable to Accounts 403, 404, 405 and 406 as defined in the Uniform System of Accounts. Generating Resources shall means those generating assets owned and operated by Seller from which Seller provides capacity and energy to Buyer under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Seller’s Generating Resources may also be referred to as “Seller’s Generation Fleet.” Generating Resource Expense shall mean all charges properly recorded in accounts herein per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“GAAP”) and the Uniform System of Accounts (“Charges”) that are incurred by Seller to own, operate and maintain its Generating Resources. The Parties understand and agree that Seller shall have charges that are directly attributable to such Generating Resources and other Charges that are necessary to support the ownership, maintenance and operation of such Generating Resources but cannot be directly or specifically assigned to such Generating Resources (hereinafter “Non-Direct Charges”) (e.g., administrative and general expenses) and are therefore, for purposes of this Agreement, also considered Generating Resource Expenses.

Related to Administrative and General Expenses

  • Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and otherwise administering or carrying out the terms of the Settlement. Such costs may include, without limitation: escrow agent costs, the costs of publishing the summary notice, the costs of printing and mailing the Notice and Proof of Claim, as directed by the Court, and the costs of allocating and distributing the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants. Such costs do not include legal fees.

  • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk's office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replacements and office automation and information technology equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Management Expenses means expenses, costs and charges necessarily and reasonably incurred in the management of the Development provided in this Deed which, except for the purpose of Clause 4.3 of Section IV of this Deed, shall include the Manager’s Remuneration;
