Common use of Reclassification Committee and the Collective Bargaining Process Clause in Contracts

Reclassification Committee and the Collective Bargaining Process. It is the intent of the Committee structure to compliment the collective bargaining process and it is recognized that participation in this process is not a waiver of negotiation rights on any subjects within the scope of representation arising as a result of the Committee deliberations, unless the Committee arrives upon a unanimous recommendations as provided by Section 15.9.5, subdivision (i) above in which case the Parties’ obligations to meet and negotiate shall be satisfied.
