RECLASSIFICATION DATE. Upon receiving written confirmation from the Joint Training Committee that employees have been classified as qualified journeymen, the Company shall begin paying the journeyman's wage rate to the employees. The journeyman's wage rate shall be effective the date the Company is notified that the employee is classified by the J.T.C. as a qualified journeyman.
