Recognition and Definitions Section A. Recognition. The North Xxxxxxxxxx Community School Corporation hereby recognizes the North Xxxxxxxxxx Teachers Association as the exclusive bargaining representative of all certificated employees in the School Corporation pursuant to I.C. 20-29-6-4. Such representation shall exclude the Superintendent, Principals, and any other administrative position deemed appropriate for operating the school corporation.

  • RECOGNITION AND DEFINITIONS 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Ontario Nurses’ Association as the exclusive bargaining agent for all registered nurses, and nurses with Temporary Certificates of Registration, employed in a nursing capacity at the Queen’s Family Health Team at Queen’s University in Kingston, save and except nurse manager and persons above the rank of nurse manager.

  • RECOGNITION CLAUSE The Employer agrees to recognize the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for all employees in the bargaining units as so certified by the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC) for the purpose of establishing wages, hours and conditions of employment. If PERC certifies the Union as the exclusive representative during the term of this Agreement for a bargaining unit in general government, the terms of this Agreement apply.
