RECOGNITION AND SCOPE OF BARGAINING UNIT. ‌ 2:01 The Centre recognizes the Union, per Manitoba Labour Board Certificate number MLB-7288, as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees defined in Article 1:03, excepting those excluded by the provisions of Articles 3:02 and 3:03. 2:02 The Centre agrees to negotiate with the Union, or any of its authorized committees, concerning any matters addressed in this agreement.
