RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. In accordance with the P.E.L.R.A., the school board recognizes the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local No. 70 as the exclusive representative for custodial personnel employed by the school district, which exclusive representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by the P.E.L.R.A. and as described in the provisions of this Agreement.
