RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. Section 1. Recognition: In accordance with the PELRA, the District recognizes Education Minnesota St. Xxxxxxx as the Exclusive Representative for school bus drivers employed by the School Board of Independent School District No. 15, which exclusive representative shall have those rights and duties as prescribed by the PELRA and as described in the provisions of this Agreement.
