RECOGNITION OF EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATIVE. Section 1. Recognition: In accordance with the PELRA, the School Board recognizes Education Minnesota – OSSEO as the exclusive representative of teachers employed by the School Board. Education Minnesota – OSSEO will have those rights and duties as prescribed by the PELRA and as described in this Agreement.
