RECOGNITION, RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES OF THE ASSOCIATION. 3.1 The Employer recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative of all Employees covered by this Collective Agreement. The Employer recognizes that every Employee has the right to join and support the Association and that the Employer cannot interfere with the formation, selection, or administration of the Association, in accordance with the Manitoba Labour Relations Act.
