Recognized Awards. The Concessionaire shall regularly encourage and nominate its students for State and National Level Competition, NTSE, Olympiads, Honors/Awards etc recognized by National or State Level Organizations and in the annual National Level Sports & Music Competition organized by GoJ & GoI (the “Recognized Awards”). Such awards shall be evidenced by submission of a copy of appropriate certificate issued by the relevant National/State Level Organization and GoJ/GoI for each student or school, as the case maybe in respect of which a recognized award is being claimed. For the avoidance of doubt, an organization shall be considered as a National level organization if it is affiliated or accredited to an Authority, board, association or society recognized by the central government as a National or inter-state entity or which has been created by central Law, and an organization shall be considered as a state level organization if it is affiliated or accredited to an Authority, board, association or society recognized by the UT Administration or which has been created under a State law.

  • Awards (1) The tribunal, in its award, shall set out its findings of law and fact, together with the reasons therefore, and may, at the request of a Contracting Party, award the following forms of relief:

  • Incentive Awards a) The Executive shall participate in the Company's annual incentive plan for senior-level executives as in effect from time to time, subject to the performance standards set by the Compensation Committee. Payment of any annual incentive award shall be made at the same time that such awards are paid to other senior-level executives of the Company. The Executive's annual incentive award target shall be set by the Compensation Committee.

  • POSTING OF RECOMMENDED AWARD AND PROTESTS The recommended award will be posted for review by interested parties at the Procurement Division and at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/OrangeBids/AwardsRec/default.asp prior to submission through the appropriate approval process and will remain posted for a period of five (5) full business days.

  • Reporting Subawards and Executive Compensation a. Reporting of first-tier subawards.

  • Arbitration Awards The arbitrators will have the authority to award compensatory damages only. Any award by the arbitrators will be accompanied by a written opinion setting forth the findings of fact and conclusions of law relied upon in reaching the decision. The award rendered by the arbitrators will be final, binding and non-appealable, and judgment upon such award may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction.   • Federal and State Grant Awards No Board member shall participate in the selection, award, or administration of a contract supported by a federal award or State award governed by the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) (30 ILCS 708/) if he or she has a real or apparent conflict of interest. A conflict of interest arises when a Board member or any of the following individuals has a financial or other interest in the entity selected for the contract:
