Recommendation for Non-Reappointment. During the first two (2) years of employment the 9 District may choose not to renew an employee’s contract at the end of the employee’s contractual 10 year regardless of performance. After two (2) years of successful employment, no employee’s 11 contract shall be non-renewed. 12 (a) Notification An employee who is being considered for non-reappointment shall receive 13 written notice from the supervisor by May 1.
