Administrator Agreement. THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO ADMINISTRATOR AGREEMENT (this “Third Amendment”) is entered into as of this 3rd day of January, 2017 (the “Execution Date”) by and among SageSure Insurance Managers LLC (“Administrator”) and Federated National Insurance Company (the “Company”).
Administrator Agreement. I acknowledge that the teacher candidate named above will complete their student teaching experience at this school, under the supervision of the mentor teacher named above, which includes full-time teaching in the licensure area listed and fulfilling the role of either a paraprofessional or teacher. The candidate will be involved in all aspects of the special education teacher role as described above. If the candidate is currently working as a special education paraprofessional, they will gradually assume the full responsibilities of a special education teacher, serving as the lead teacher for a minimum of two weeks. • I understand that Minnesota State University, Xxxxxxx will assign a supervisor to conduct virtual or on-site observations throughout the semester and the mentor teacher will collaborate with the supervisor to discuss expectations, requirements, and the teacher candidate’s performance, but any redirection or correction of behavior for paid employees will be managed by the school district. • I understand that the school district will support the teacher candidate in fulfilling all student teaching requirements. This includes providing release time for the mentor teacher to have dedicated contact hours with the teacher candidate.
