Record of Employment. Upon termination of employment, or any other reason for issuing an XXX, the employer will provide an electronic copy of an employee’s Record of Employment which shall be sent to the Union and the Employee within five (5) days of their last date of work. The Union may use the grievance procedure to settle any matter related to the information provided on a Record Of Employment.
