Record of Interviews. (A) All interviews (including polygraph interviews) of members conducted in conjunction with an Internal Affairs Bureau or EEO investigation shall be recorded by the investigator; and in the case of chain of command investigations, at the request of either party, when the investigator reasonably believes that departmental or criminal charges may result. Subsequent to the interview, the member and/or the member's Lodge Representative will be afforded the opportunity, upon written request to the appropriate investigator, to listen to, copy, (at no cost to the member) and make personal notes from and/or verify the accuracy of the recorded interview made of the member's interview. If a transcript of the recorded interview is made, the member will be provided a copy of such transcript upon written request directly to the appropriate investigator.
