Record Shop Drawings and Product Data. 1. As the Work progresses, the Design-Builder must keep a complete and accurate record of the changes and deviations from the Work as shown on the shop drawings and product data indicating the Work performed. The Design-Builder must furnish record shop drawings in a form and quantity acceptable to the Commission. Record shop drawings must be submitted for all items reviewed as shop drawings. Record shop drawings must be provided in an editable electronic medium and hard copy as directed by the Commission. Unless otherwise specified, record shop drawings must be submitted on the same size sheets as the Contract Document Drawings and include an index of all items.

Record Shop Drawings and Product Data. The Contractor must furnish record shop drawings for all items reviewed as shop drawings to the CTA. Record shop drawings shall be legibly drawn; meeting all of the requirements of the Specifications and the Project Requirements. Record documents shall be submitted on such media as are required by the Engineer. The CTA will not make final payment until these items are furnished.
