Common use of Recording Conversations Clause in Contracts

Recording Conversations. CFI consents to the electronic recording, at the discretion of the Customer, Customer's agents or DWR, of any or all telephone conversations with CFI (without automatic tone warning device), the use of same as evidence by either party in any action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement, and in the Customer's, Customer's agents' or DWR's erasure, at its discretion, of any recording as a part of its regular procedure for handling of recordings.
