RECORDING IN USE. All video surveillance and sound records shall be the sole property of the DISTRICT. The VENDOR shall, on behalf of the DISTRICT, secure and retain physical possession of the video surveillance and sound records for a period of up to two (2) weeks. If after this period the DISTRICT does not ask the VENDOR to provide the DISTRICT with the video surveillance and sound records, the VENDOR shall record over the video surveillance and sound records. The DISTRICT also requires that each bus have operating digital cameras and GPS equipment. All vehicles are required to have GPS with a Parent tracking App that would work with the districts routing system.

RECORDING IN USE. All video surveillance and sound records shall be the sole property of the School District. Contractor shall, on behalf of the School District, secure and retain physical possession of the video surveillance and sound records for a period of up to two (2) weeks. If after this period the School District does not ask Contractor to provide the School District with the video surveillance and sound records, Contractor shall record over the video surveillance and sound records. The School District also requires that each bus have operating digital cameras. Contractor shall also make available software for viewing, playback and event searching by School District personnel. All camera use and video viewing shall be consistent with the policies and procedures as established by the School District.

  • Recording Either Lessor or Lessee shall, upon request of the other, execute, acknowledge and deliver to the other a short form memorandum of this Lease for recording purposes. The Party requesting recordation shall be responsible for payment of any fees or taxes applicable thereto.

  • Filing and Recording Mortgagor will cause this Mortgage, the UCC financing statements referred to in Section 1.09, any other security instrument creating a security interest in or evidencing the lien hereof upon the Mortgaged Property and each UCC continuation statement and instrument of further assurance to be filed, registered or recorded and, if necessary, refiled, rerecorded and reregistered, in such manner and in such places as may be required by any present or future law in order to publish notice of and fully to perfect the lien hereof upon, and the security interest of Mortgagee in, the Mortgaged Property until this Mortgage is terminated and released in full in accordance with Section 3.04 hereof.   • Recording and Filing The County and Borrower shall cause this County Regulatory Agreement, and all amendments and supplements to it, to be recorded in the Official Records of the County of Contra Costa.

  • Telephone Monitoring/Recording From time to time we may monitor and/or record telephone calls between you and us to assure the quality of our customer service or as required by applicable law.

  • Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person.   • Operating Statements In the case of each Mortgage Loan, the related Mortgage or another Mortgage Loan document requires the related Mortgagor, in some cases at the request of the lender, to provide the holder of such Mortgage Loan with at least quarterly operating statements and rent rolls (if there is more than one tenant) for the related Mortgaged Property and annual financial statements of the related Mortgagor, and with such other information as may be required therein.

  • Production Report and Lease Operating Statements Within 60 days after the end of each fiscal quarter, a report setting forth, for each calendar month during the then current fiscal year to date, the volume of production and sales attributable to production (and the prices at which such sales were made and the revenues derived from such sales) for each such calendar month from the Oil and Gas Properties, and setting forth the related ad valorem, severance and production taxes and lease operating expenses attributable thereto and incurred for each such calendar month.
