Recovery of Legal Expenses. In the event Landlord shall engage the services of an attorney for recovery of possession of the Premises, for the recovery of rent or any other amount due under this Lease, or because of Tenant's breach of any of the terms hereof, regardless of whether suit shall be brought, and a breach shall be established, Tenant shall pay to Landlord all reasonable expenses incurred therefor, including all court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees.
Recovery of Legal Expenses. In case suit shall be brought for recovery of possession of the leased premises, for the recovery of rent or any other amount due under the provisions of this Lease, or because of the breach of any other amount due under the provisions of this lease, or because of the breach of any other covenant herein contained on the part of Lessee to be kept or performed, and a breach shall be established, Lessee to be kept or performed, and a breach shall be established, Lessee shall pay to Lessor all expenses incurred therefore, including, all court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees.
Recovery of Legal Expenses. If legal proceedings or any litigation shall be commenced between the parties to this Agreement concerning the enforcement of any of the material terms and conditions of this Agreement, the prevailing party in such legal proceedings or litigation shall also be awarded all of their reasonable legal fees, expenses and costs incurred as a result of such legal proceedings or litigation.
