Other Costs and Expenses definition

Other Costs and Expenses shall include any and all amounts to be paid by Tenant to Landlord under the terms of this Lease other than Base Rent or Tenant's proportionate share of the increase in Real Estate Taxes. All such other costs and expenses shall be due and payable to Landlord on or before fifteen (15) days after written demand.
