RECOVERY OF OVER-PAYMENT. If applicable Eligible Agency or Co-Op Buyer determines that an over-payment has been made to Contractor on any prior invoice, it shall inform Contractor of the amount and date of the over-payment and may deduct the over-paid amount from amounts then or thereafter due to Contractor.

  • Recovery of Overpayments On occasion a payment will be made to You when You are not covered, for a service that is not Covered, or which is more than is proper.
