RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. If You are in breach of the Hire Agreement or if the Hire Agreement or a Hire Period has been terminated under clause 17, We may, at Your cost, take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment, including entering Your premises to do so and You expressly consent to Us entering Your premises for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.
RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. If You are in breach of the Agreement or if the Agreement or a Rental Period has been terminated under clause 15, We may, at Your cost, take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment.
RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. 16.1 If You are in breach of the Rental Agreement or if the Rental Agreement or a Rental Period has been terminated under cla use 15, We may, at Your cost, take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment, including entering Your premises to do so and You expressly consent to Us entering Your premises for the purposes of recovering Our Equipment.
RECOVERY OF THE EQUIPMENT. If the Hirer is in breach of the Agreement or if the Agreement or a Hire Period has been terminated under clause 27, Enviro may take all steps necessary (including legal action) to recover the Equipment, including entering the Hirer’s premises to do so. Upon receiving written notice from Enviro, the Hirer expressly consents to Enviro entering the Hirer’s premises for the purposes of recovering Enviro's Equipment. The Hirer indemnifies Enviro in relation to all costs and expenses incurred by Enviro for the purposes of enforcing Enviro’s rights under this clause 28.
