Recreation Needs Assessments. A scope of work for the bicycle facility needs assessment shall be developed by the City in cooperation with the interested Intervenors. It is expected that the geographical scope of these assessments may be greater than that for the studies conducted during the current relicensing proceedings, leading up to the 1989 report (SCL, 1989), and the RFP will include a call for consideration of the proper geographic scope of the study. The RFP shall be issued no later than the second year of the new Project license. No more than $50,000 will be spent on the needs assessment. The City shall implement the periodic recreation needs assessments. The City shall consult with the appropriate Intervenors prior to finalizing scopes of work and issuing a request for proposals for this work. The geographical scope of these assessments shall be similar to that for the studies conducted during the current relicensing proceedings, leading up to the 1989 report (SCL, 1989). The Parties intend that each needs assessment be completed within one year of the commencement of the license year for which funding is provided under this plan.

  • Needs Assessment 1. The Contractor shall conduct a cultural and linguistic group-needs assessment of the eligible client population in the Contractor’s service area to assess the language needs of the population and determine what reasonable steps are necessary to ensure meaningful access to services and activities to eligible individuals. [22 CCR 98310, 98314] The group-needs assessment shall take into account the following four (4) factors:

  • Ergonomic Assessments At the request of the employee, the College will ensure that an ergonomic assessment of the employee’s work station is completed by a person trained by the Department of Labor and Industries or comparable trainer to conduct ergonomic assessments. Solutions to identified issues/concerns will be implemented within available resources.

  • Real Estate Taxes and Special Assessments The 2022 calendar year real estate taxes due and payable in 2023 shall be paid by Seller. Seller shall credit Buyer(s) at closing for said 2022 real estate taxes payable in 2023 based on the most recent ascertainable tax figures. Xxxxx is responsible for all subsequent real estate taxes.

  • Security Assessments Upon advance written notice by the JBE, Contractor agrees that the JBE shall have reasonable access to Contractor’s operational documentation, records, logs, and databases that relate to data security and the Contractor’s Information Security Program. Upon the JBE’s request, Contractor shall, at its expense, perform, or cause to have performed an assessment of Contractor’s compliance with its privacy and data security obligations. Contractor shall provide to the JBE the results, including any findings and recommendations made by Contractor’s assessors, of such assessment, and, at its expense, take any corrective actions.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. Such work will be identified by the Authorized User within the RFQ. See “Prevailing Wage Rates – Public Works and Building Services Contracts’ in Appendix B, Clause 10, OGS General Specifications. Any federal or State determination of a violation of any public works law or regulation, or labor law or regulation, or any OSHA violation deemed "serious or willful" may be grounds for a determination of vendor non-responsibility and rejection of proposal. The Prevailing Wage Case Number for this Contract is PRC# 2014011745. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Risk Assessments a. Risk Assessment - Transfer Agent shall, at least annually, perform risk assessments that are designed to identify material threats (both internal and external) against Fund Data, the likelihood of those threats occurring and the impact of those threats upon the Transfer Agent organization to evaluate and analyze the appropriate level of information security safeguards (“Risk Assessments”).

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Association Assessments Current regular Association assessments and dues (Association Assessments) paid in 578 advance will be credited to Seller at Closing. Cash reserves held out of the regular Association Assessments for deferred 579 maintenance by the Association will not be credited to Seller except as may be otherwise provided by the Governing Documents. 580 Buyer acknowledges that Buyer may be obligated to pay the Association, at Closing, an amount for reserves or working capital. 581 Any special assessment assessed prior to Closing Date (§ 3) by the Association will be the obligation of Buyer Seller. 582 Except however, any special assessment by the Association for improvements that have been installed as of the date of Buyer’s 583 signature hereon, whether assessed prior to or after Closing, will be the obligation of Seller. Seller represents that the Association 584 Assessments are currently payable at approximately $ per and that there are no unpaid regular 585 or special assessments against the Property except the current regular assessments and .   • TAXES & ASSESSMENTS The real estate taxes shall be prorated. Seller shall pay real estate taxes which are payable during the year in which Closing occurs, and taxes payable during the succeeding year, prorated to the date of Closing. Buyer shall assume and pay all subsequent taxes. If at the time of closing the tax xxxx for the Real Estate for the succeeding year has not been issued, taxes payable shall be computed based on the last tax xxxx available to the closing agent. The succeeding year’s tax xxxx, because of recently constructed improvements, annexation, reassessment, or similar items may greatly exceed the last tax xxxx available to the closing agent.
