Recruit Travel and Mileage Reimbursement. Recruits are authorized travel time for one (1) round trip to the training site from their worksite in an on-duty status for each of the following trainings: Pre-Academy, DPSST Basic, Advanced Academy, Police Career Officer Development and Regional or Basic schools. Travel authorized in a personal vehicle shall be reimbursed at the rate provided in DAS policy.
