Rectification Notice. Subject to the above paragraph, where the Supplier fails to comply with any of its obligations under the Contract, the Board may issue a rectification notice to the Supplier setting out the manner and time-frame for rectification. Within seven (7) Business Days of receipt of that notice, the Supplier shall either: (a) comply with that rectification notice; or (b) provide a rectification plan satisfactory to the Board. If the Supplier fails to either comply with that rectification notice or provide a satisfactory rectification plan, the Board may immediately terminate the Contract. Where the Supplier has been given a prior rectification notice, the same subsequent type of non-compliance by the Supplier shall allow the Board to immediately terminate the Contract.
Rectification Notice. (1) Within twenty (20) business days of inspecting the Works set out in a Completion Notice Council must provide notice in writing (Rectification Notice) to the Developer that the Works set out in the Completion Notice:
