Redistribution of Forfeited Salary Increases During Term of Contract. Any salary increases that are required to be forfeited by a teacher during the term of this agreement due to the teacher being evaluated as needs improvement or ineffective will be redistributed equally to the highly effective and effective teachers in the form of a one-time stipend by the end of the 2019-2020 school year.

Any base salary increases that are required to be forfeited by a teacher during Teacher because of the term of this agreement due to the teacher Teacher being evaluated as needs improvement or ineffective for the prior school year will be redistributed equally to the highly effective and effective teachers in the form of a one-time stipend to all of the Teachers rated as highly effective and effective for the prior school year. All highly effective and effective Teachers who qualify for a one-time stipend under this redistribution plan will receive their one-time stipend by the end of the 2019-2020 school Contract year.
