Redraw. Upon request, we may at our option allow you to re-borrow some or all of the amounts that you have repaid under this Loan Contract up to the Amount of Credit (Redraw Credit). You must pay the Redraw Fee applicable to the Redraw Credit. The terms and conditions set out in this Loan Contract will apply to your Redraw Credit.
Redraw. Clause 6 does not apply to a facility account that is a: • construction facility, prior to the date of the final advance on the account; or
Redraw. CBH Grain may in its discretion permit the Supplier to redraw amounts the subject of an Early Repayment if:
a. the requirements set out in clause 9.10 are satisfied; and
b. the total of all the Supplier's outstanding Drawdowns will not exceed the Total Credit Limit immediately after the Drawdown of the redraw amount is paid.
Redraw. If the Loan is a Redraw Loan, the Borrower may throughout the Term, provided no Event of Default has occurred, Redraw all Funds in Advance no more than twice each calendar month. Each redraw shall be for a minimum amount prescribed by the Lender from time to time. Any Funds in Advance requested by the Borrower are not to be in amounts less than $1,000.00 or the number of requests exceed two each calendar month and will only be disbursed by the Lender into an account at the Xxxxxx Building Society, owned by the Borrower.
Redraw. Amounts repaid or prepaid can be redrawn.
Redraw. 7.1 By paying each Instalment (which may change as Interest Rates change), you will repay the Facility Amount (together with interest) over the Term.
7.2 If you make a payment to your Facility Account which is additional to your required Instalment this will further reduce the amount owing under the Facility. This additional payment does not reduce the required Instalments but, provided that you are not in default, it does entitle you to redraw on your Facility Account (to the extent set out in clause 7.3).
7.3 If on any date your Facility Account balance (excluding uncleared funds) is less than the amount which would be owing at that time if all required Instalments from the commencement date of the Facility have been paid on the due date, you may redraw the difference. Your monthly Facility Account statement will show the "funds available for redraw" as at the last day of the statement period. Payments made to and from your Facility Account after the last day of the monthly statement will change the redraw amount available from time to time.
7.4 Notwithstanding clause 7.3, the ability to redraw funds under your Facility is not available to you during any Fixed Rate Period of the Facility.
Redraw. The Bank will allow a redraw facility to be attached to the loan. The redraw facility will operate on the following conditions:
(i) The Borrower may redraw any repayments paid in addition to the required repayments to the loan. The total of these amounts is referred to as the 'Prepayment Amount'.
(ii) The Borrower is able to redraw the Prepayment Amount by:
(a) completing and signing a bank authorised Redraw Request Form; or
(b) via Bendigo ebanking if an Application for Online Redraw form has been completed. Where there is more than one borrower, all borrowers must sign the Redraw Request form or have had previously signed the Application for Online Redraw form.
(iii) The Bank may refuse a request to redraw, withdraw the electronic access to redraw or withdraw the right to redraw at any time without notice if:
(a) any one of the Borrowers asks the Bank in writing to do so;
(b) the Borrower is in default under the Agreement; or
(c) a variation to the terms of the Agreement is being processed; or at the Bank’s discretion
(iv) Any amount redrawn from the loan will become part of the loan balance and will be subject to the terms of the Agreement.
Redraw. The Borrower shall not redraw any available amounts under the Loan for the duration of the Relief Period.
Redraw. If you pay more than your required periodic payment amount, we may, but don’t have to, allow you to redraw the extra amounts you’ve paid, unless you have one of the following loans which don’t enable redraw: The table below explains when and how you can request a redraw:

4.1 If the Issuer Trustee on the direction of the Global Trust Manager wants to use the Redraw Facility to make a Redraw Drawing, it must do so only in accordance with clause 2.4 and it must give a notice to the Redraw Facility Provider meeting the requirements of clause 4.3 ("Drawdown Notice").
