Reduction in Work Force Procedure. In the event of a reduction-in-force, the County 9 will layoff the regular employee in the classification affected who has the least Classification 10 Seniority within their division. Prior to any layoff, all term-limited temporary, provisional, 11 temporary and probationary employees in the classification within the affected division of the 12 department will be separated first. Where two (2) or more regular employees have the same 13 Classification Seniority, the more senior employee will be the one who has the most seniority by 14 applying the following seniority tie breakers in this order: 1) Division, 2) Department, 3) Bargaining
