Reduction of Hours Which Changes Eligibility for Health Care Coverage. An employee whose hours are reduced by a sufficient amount so they no longer occupy a benefit equivalent position shall have the option of exercising any rights of a laid off employee as outlined under this section.

  • Transition to Retirement 24.1 An Employee may advise their Employer in writing of their intention to retire within the next five years and participate in a retirement transition arrangement.
